Eleanor O'Reilly lives in Arklow Co. Wicklow and works at Gorey Community School where she teaches English Literature and Classical Studies. She works in mixed media, and particularly loves the richness, subtlety and depth afforded by oil and the limitlessness of working on quite a large scale. Her objective is to highlight the aesthetic value and magnitude of the natural world, thus encouraging the viewer to enter a world of light, dark, colour, tone and shade. Click on either of the two samples of her work to visit her web-site. | ||
